Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized or made-to-order garments cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at leisureloom@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges will be processed for the same item or an alternative of equal value.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items
