Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Customized or made-to-order garments cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email us at leisureloom@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Approval & Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges will be processed for the same item or an alternative of equal value.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
